Guirao will participate in the presentation “Culture in the public space“ where he will have a conversation with the cultural journalist Antonio Lucas. The conferences, which are held in collaboration with the Madrid City Council and the Germán Sánchez Ruipérez Foundation, will be held on October 23 and 24 at “Casa del Lector e Intermediae” in Matadero Madrid.“

Issues such as the material and symbolic construction of public space, the development of processes of co-creation, resignification and participation, the notion of public space as a common good, the inequalities and exclusions that operate in it, programming will be specifically addressed. Cultural and artistic intervention in public spaces, and the analysis of the cultural processes of creation of public space from the experiential, ritual, ephemeral and immaterial.“
