The course The town of tomorrow, organized by the Association for the defense of the Galician cultural heritage, will allow nearly 200 children and teenagers from Verin to contribute their vision on the future urban design of the town in the medium and long term. This cycle, lasting five days, will begin on the 10th and will extend into morning and evening hours.
The “heritage and urban planning workshops for children and youth” aim to make new generations aware of the importance of respecting the urban, historical and heritage wealth of a locality.

The Santiago Delegation of the College of Architects hosted today the presentation of “The town of tomorrow, Rianxo”, a book that compiles the workshops of the program “La ciudad del mañana” held in December 2016 in the village of Rianxo

The Santiago Delegation of the College of Architects of Galicia hosted today the presentation of the book “A vila do mañana, Rianxo” by architects Sandra González Álvarez and Emma López Bahut, the first publication of the “La ciudad del mañana” project. The book was published jointly by PØSTarquitectos and the Association for the Defense of Galician Cultural Heritage (Apatrigal). The event was presented by the president of the Association for the Defense of Galician Cultural Heritage, Carlos Henrique Fernández Coto, the mayor of Rianxo, Adolfo Muíños Sánchez, and the architects who authored the book, Sandra González Álvarez and Emma López Bahut
